Your room is available from 2:00 PM. If it is ready earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check-in. Regardless, you can securely store your luggage with us at any time and pick it up later.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A later check-out may be possible depending on availability, with additional charges. Please contact our front office team for more information.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
The restaurant is open daily from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Hot food is available from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Short break between 5:30 and 6 PM).
Is a table reservation necessary?
We recommend a reservation, which you can make either through our team or online.
Is breakfast available?
Yes! Our breakfast (served on a tiered stand) is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast costs €32.00 per person. Alternatively, you can have à la carte breakfast.
Can special dietary requests be accommodated?
Yes! Please inform us in advance about any special dietary needs so we can cater to them as best as possible.
Where is the hotel located?
Our hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, so all major attractions are within walking distance.
Where can I park if I arrive by car?
We recommend parking at Altstadtgarage B (Hildmannplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg). At the reception, you can get a discounted parking ticket, 24 hours for only €18.

(Direct access to the hotel for unloading):
Please enter Rudolfskai 34 into your navigation system. At the traffic light, turn right and proceed to Mozartplatz. There, you will find a bollard. Press the button “Hotel Goldgasse” to receive an entrance code. Alternatively, you can also call us on your way here to receive the code in advance. After unloading your luggage, you can park your vehicle at Altstadtgarage. For more information, please contact our front office team.
